Her work blends business psychology, systemic coaching, reflective practice and organisational insight, helping teams see dynamics and move forward with trust and coherence. An ICF PCC, EMCC accredited coach and supervisor, and ABP Principle Certified Business Psychologist, she creates practical relational spaces for conscious leadership.

Lucy Hare

A systemic coach, supervisor, mentor coach and educator, Lucy supports individuals, groups and teams to build stronger relationships, resourceful ways of working and deeper reflection. With over 15 years designing development across organisations and higher education, her work blends systemic practice, group coaching, creativity and reflective inquiry. A visiting professor at the Royal College of Music and ICF accredited mentor coach, she brings experience in supervision, collaboration and group dynamics. Her 40-year career as a bass player gives her a grounded view of performance, creativity, and leadership.
